COVID-19 Safety Policy
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I WAS EXPOSED TO, HAVE SYMPTOMS OF, OR AM DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19
OR AM NO LONGER COMFORTABLE WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT DUE TO COVID-19?
There are NO REFUNDS under any of these circumstances; however, you can transfer the ticket to anyone.
Please note, all guests were required to accept the following COVID-19 terms to complete their purchase:
I WILL NOT ATTEND this experience if have symptoms of, or am diagnosed with COVID-19 and will not be
eligible for a refund. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place. COVID-19 is a
contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending this experience, I voluntarily
assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. According to the CDC, guests with underlying medical
conditions are especially vulnerable.
I agree that I will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND if I am no longer comfortable attending the event due to COVID-19,
COVID-19 policy changes from the time of purchase of this ticket to the Event date, mask policy changes,
other customer's lack of compliance to COVID-19 regulations, or any other COVID-19 related matter.
If the event is postponed/rescheduled to a similar event this year or next year (at the sole discretion of the
Event Organizer) because of any COVID-19 state or local restrictions/regulations or safety concerns; then I
agree that I will not receive a refund and accept a transfer of my ticket to the same Event (or a substitute
event of comparable value should the Venue change) regardless of the date and my availability. Event
Organizer is following all COVID-19 government guidelines and will postpone/reschedule the event if
required to do so.
I agree that if I am traveling from or returning from a location that is on/or added to Chicago's quarantine list
I will not be eligible for a refund, even if it is added after the purchase.
MASK POLICY
As of October 21, 2022, there are no mask requirements in the City of Chicago. Guests are free to do
whatever they are most comfortable with. However, if you purchase a ticket before an official mask policy is
put in place by a local authority, the organizer, or the venue then you agree to adhere to the mask policy (and
wear a mask) if required at a later date – you will not be entitled to a refund if you do not want to attend the
event because of a change in the mask policy.
WHAT IF THE EVENT DOESN'T HAPPEN DUE TO COVID-19?
If there is a need to cancel this year's event event due to COVID-19 & government regulations or safety
concerns, we will transfer your tickets to the same or similar event for 2023. There will be no refunds. We will
automatically transfer your tickets.
WHAT IF I HAVE COVID-19 OR COVID LIKE SYMPTOMS?
We HIGHLY recommend all guests be vaccinated that wish to attend the event. Do NOT attend the event if
you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches,
headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea). All
ticket sales are final. There are no refunds in any circumstances; however, you can transfer the ticket to
anyone.
WHAT IF I AM NOT COMFORTABLE OR AFRAID TO ATTEND THE EVENT BECAUSE OF COVID-19? We
understand your concern and respect your personal decisions. However, you will not be eligible f or a refund
if you are no longer comfortable attending the event due to COVID-19, COVID-19 policy changes from the
time of purchase of this ticket to the Event date, mask policy changes, other customer's lack of compliance to
COVID-19 regulations, or any other COVID-19 related matter.
COVID-19 WARNING & RISK ACCEPTANCE:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely
contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers
arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including,
without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a
communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and
regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims
against the event organizer(s) and against any companies affiliated with the event organizer—relating to such
risks, hazards, and dangers.
We know this may be disappointing to some, but product for event has been ordered, staff has been hired,
etc. We are all in this together and we thank you in advance four understanding.
